UtahRealEstate.com is proud to announce that it has partnered with the New Mexico Multiple Listing Service (NMMLS) to bring increased listing exposure to brokers, agents, and their clients in these regions.

The partnership will provide increased referral potential between brokers and agents in New Mexico and Utah. UtahRealEstate.com members will soon be able to view all listings (current and historical) from the New Mexico MLS directly in the URE MLS platform.

We are excited to welcome to UtahRealEstate.com a number of new brokerages and their agents in the Kanab, Utah area. URE’s continued membership growth and expansion in Southern Utah has been unprecedented, and we are proud to announce that we have approximately 600 members in Southern Utah.

As a reminder, the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) “MLS of Choice” policy enacted in July 2018 allows agents to participate in any MLS where their broker is a member. This is a mandate by NAR that all MLSs in Utah are required to follow.

UtahRealEstate.com is one of the few MLSs in the United States that has a strong presence in every city and county in its home state, and the organization has witnessed significant growth in Southern Utah, an area once serviced by a handful of small MLSs. URE now serves approximately 600 agents in Washington, Iron, and Kane counties, reflecting a membership increase of more than 200% in the past 5 years.   

UtahRealEstate.com has been serving its members since 1994 and continues to grow year after year with cutting-edge MLS technology. In 2023 alone, the company has released a brand new MLS-owned, showings software, Aligned Showings, along with announcements about new AI technology and floor plan technology for its members coming soon.

UtahRealEstate.com had a very successful open house on October 20th in St. George to meet with our more than 500+ members in the area. We showcased our products, met with brokers and agents, and showed off the power of the URE platform and our services.

UtahRealEstate.com recently received the Real Estate Standards Organization’s (RESO) Leading Edge Award for outstanding leadership in the advancement of real estate data standards.

RESO is an organization that creates data standards and processes to promote efficiencies for participants in real estate transactions. Its member organizations include MLSs, brokerages, REALTOR® associations, and technology partners.

UtahRealEstate.com was the first organization to achieve the RESO Data Dictionary Platinum Certification, and it was the first MLS in the country to require all of its technology partners to consume real estate data via the RESO Web API.
