1. Buyer’s Agent required to go Under Contract
2. Lead Paint Disclosure required to complete listings on homes built prior to 1978
Update Your Profile to Take Advantage of the New Listing Page
On Monday, the look and feel of the public side of UtahRealEstate.com will be updating (See MLS News, Dec. 11, 2015 for a sneak peak). One of the new features of the site is the updated Agent Contact Form which includes the agent photo on each listing.You’ll want to be sure that both your photo and email address are up-to-date in the MLS so that your listings are well presented and generate new leads that go directly to you!
