On February 1, 2023, the current Days on Market (DOM) and Cumulative Days on Market (CDOM) fields will be modified and combined into one simplified field with an updated calculation called Days on Market.

How will DOM be Calculated?

The Days on Market field will be calculated based on how long a specific property, based on tax ID number, is actively marketed on the MLS (“Active” or “Backup” status) with a specific branch office of a brokerage.
